Hi @OlgaPR2 welcome to the community and thanks for posting. How do you view your emails, are you using an email client or webmail? Also, have you checked the Spam and Trash folders to make sure they haven't ended up there?

If the emails have been deleted from the server I'm afraid there is no way we can recover them.

Thanks

All the emails in my inbox have just disappeared while I was actually reading them. I can see other people have had this problem, but nobody has posted a solution. Any ideas?

Thanks for replying. I use both the iPad email app and webmail. I have checked all my folders and it looks like they’ve gone for good. New ones have now started loading, which is a relief as I didn’t receive anything for about 24 hours. Those unreceived emails appear to have vanished into the ether also. I don’t think there’s anything I can do to get them back,
