BT Mail - 'Bad Gateway 502'

Hi Guys

Problem with BT Mail using btinternet.com.

when logging out of my email account it keeps coming up with 'Bad Gateway 502' and a blank page instead of normally going back to BT Mail log in page and has done this a number of times today

Any ideas please

Hi @pumagirl123, sorry that you are getting this error when you try to log out of BT Email.

Is this still happening and if yes would you try on a different device to see if the error message still appears?

Hi @pumagirl123, thanks for the update and I'm glad all is working ok now. Would've liked to know the cause but if it comes back pop back and let us know.
