Bt email app no rules for emails

Hi,

started using by mail app as iOS mail doesn’t work with folders anymore even though fibre 1broadband customer.

how do I get rules added to mail as I need emails moving to correct folder without manually doing this. This is setup in outlook and worked ok in my iOS mail but not in new app.
how do I get it?

Hi @jollier1 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry it's not possible to set them up in the app.

To set up rules you will need to log in to webmail on this link. Click your email in the top right of webmail, click mail on the left then click mail and you can change the rules from there.

Hi Neil,

i already had the rules setup and now they are not working in the app. Making me have to manually move the files - is this an issue or is he app supposed to work with working rules

Hi @jollier1 the rules are also meant to work in the app. Can you try deleting and reinstalling the app to see if that helps?
