No different than I did before. I have never had broadband with them, purely email which they decided years ago I should have to pay £7.50 a month if I wished to keep it when I had the email address for about 30 years.

When was Basic email introduced? After years of complaining about losing the free email address I have had for over 30 years unless I paid the monthly extortion of £7.50 I have just come across the option to down grade to basic! Why were customers Premium email customers not advised we had the option to down grade!!!!?? What a con.

Email off to the Ombudsman

How do you access your emails? The free option is browser only with ad's so isn't the same as the premium service which can still be used with mail clients
