I have not accidentally dragged & dropped, but this is the second time I've found an email folder has (somehow) become a sub-folder in another folder for no apparent reason. Never had this before until recently, now it's occurred twice and I think there's something wrong with the system that's causing it to happen inadvertently - IF SO, PLEASE FIX IT, BT.

I've tried dragging & dropping the email sub-folder back to 'Folders' - but it doesn't seem to work. Could anyone give me any ideas, please?

Many thanks.

The drag and drop does work. If you want to drag and drop a "sub-folder" back into your list of folders you need to drag it to the "My Folders" and drop it on to that.

If it does not work for you, what web browser are you using and can you try another browser to see if it works?
