      <title>Email errors with iPad and Android</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In tha last few days, my Btemail account will not appear on my iPad or android devices. &amp;nbsp;I have deleted and attempted to reinstate the account on both devices to no avail. &amp;nbsp;The account can be accessed through web mail but won’t connect up through either devices mail app. &amp;nbsp;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I deleted the account and attempted to add it back. In doing so I get an error message “the imap server mail@btinternet does not support password authentication. The only way around this is to download the by app and use that for email.</description>
