IPHONE SYNC

HI,

All of a sudden my Folders that I've set up on my BT email account using my I phone do not show when i log in using My PC.

Also when I Bcc myself these also do not show on either I phone or PC.

Any help would be appreciated

Hi Neil. I’m a bit of a numpty and don’t understand how to do this.
my iPhone has this set up but not sure about laptop.
all I know is it used to be the same.

Hi @Golfpro1dog for help with a specific email client application I'd recommend taking a look at this link. They're all different and I'm unfortunately unable to support them all. It sounds like the PC may no longer be on IMAP as that ensures changes are reflected across all the different devices.

If you could let the community know what email application you're using on your PC someone in the community who also uses the same one may be able to offer advice on the steps to take.
