Never click dubious links. Its almost certainly a scam, but as this is the residential forum and BTConnect addresses are business addresses, you might want to check over on the business forum. https://business.forums.bt.com/

Please edit out the purported sender's address from your post

Email rec'd today saying that I need to accept a change in Terms of Service & Privacy Policy if I am to continue accessing my "BTCONNECT mail account" after tomorrow. Is this genuine or a scam? The sender's address is xxxxxxxxxxx@btconnect.com apparently... anyone know if I'm safe to click links? Or should I just ignore it?

Thanks - I don't have a business account with BT so think I'm just going to ignore it and hope for the best! Sorry about the sender's email address but I felt I needed to do that so that folks could see what I was talking about.

They made the scam too obvious. Official BT will not send you messages from '@btconnect.com' domain.
