Need to change incorrect "Reply-To" email address

I saw that you had helped @elj who needed to change the "Reply-To" email address. I have the same problem.

Ever since my email account was hacked in January 2018, the Reply-To field in outgoing email sent from the web interface has been set to an @outlook.com address.

Please could you tell me how to fix this, as there appears to be no way for me to change this in the Settings.

Welcome to the BT Community and thanks for posting!

I am sorry for the problems with your "Reply to" address. To fix it you'll need to send us over your details as it's not something you're able to do in your settings. So you haven't been overlooking anything don't worry.
