Emails not coming through from established contacts

There are now 3 people who have emailed me but their email has not come through. They have been contacts for years so does anyone have any ideas as to why emails from these contacts have stopped coming through?

Thanks for any advice/help/thoughts.

Try adding their email addresses to your safe senders list which you can find by entering the settings.

Thanks for that - sorted. Seems all 'gmail.com' accounts had been blocked.......
