Unable to add new contact email addresses to BT Mail contact book

I clicked the Contacts tab and want to add a new contact but the fields only ask for name & address etc and there is nowhere to add the persons email address ??

Have you tried a different browser?

When you open the page to add a contact does it look like this?

Hi @IreneWallace welcome to the community and thanks for posting, did you manage to get this sorted? I'd recommend trying an alternative web browser to see if that helps if you're still having problems adding a contact.

Thanks for your message. I always use Google Chrome but just tried going through Microsoft Edge and found that the Contacts Tab allows me to correctly save a new contact... how do I fix it so that Google Chrome will do the same please ?

Hi @IreneWallace thanks for the update and glad that it works ok for you on Edge. Not sure what could be affecting the Chrome browser. You could try clearing your cookies and cache on Chrome and see if that helps resolve the issue.
