Does anyone else get a blank page when logging into email sometimes? This is an intermittent thing so it's very odd. I go through cookies and login pages correctly and I can see the correct urls appear samlfed etc. It gets to email ...tui... and nothing loads on my screen. This is on a iphone 8 plus on O2 with 4G.

Sometimes I will repeat the login process and it will work but this afternoon I have tried three times and still get nothing...

Ideas??

My immediate idea is why are you using a browser rather than a mail app on a mobile.

It possibly does, it could be anything causing the problem.

You could of course side step this but it might have been helpful if you mentioned which browser you are using and if you had tried a different browser and if that also has the same problem.

Hi,

I was using Safari (on an iPhone) and it does not happen when I use Edge (on a laptop).

Magically, since I reported it here it has stopped happening.
