    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was having issues with my BT mail using the Windows mail app and ended up deleting the account and reinstalling it. Since doing that, the folders that I had set up on the Windows mail app are there however they don’t contain any emails.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I connect to BT mail direct, it’s all there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have configured the Windows mail app as follows,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Incoming server mail.btinternet.com:993:1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Outgoing server mail.btinternet.com:465:1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And IMAP4&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas why it’s is not working.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;and also have a look at this link which show how to force the app to sync&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If all else fails try a different email client/app such as Thunderbird.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
