Someone used my email address to sign uo

Someone signed up for a BT account and used my email address. I cannot seem to find any way to contact BT other than by phone and I'm loathe to do so as I am not in the UK and don't feel I should have to pay international calling rates just to get this corrected.

Is there any way to reach BT other than by phone? The online chat doesn't work, and there seems to be no address to email. I can't use the complaint form without a BT Account login and I'd rather not login to another person's account.

Thank you for posting and welcome to the Community. It sound like that customer has made a mistake when they gave us their email address. If you send me the the details, I'll take a look at this for you.
