E-Mail Log-In problem

Over the last couple of weeks when I attempt to Log-in to my BT Email, the screen goes white and 3 square grey dots flash. After reloading the same page 3 or 4 times, it eventually gets to my email In Box. I have reported this and was told to delete all Chrome cookies, which I did, and it did not fix the problem.

Hi, @TB2020 Welcome to the community and thanks for posting, that does sound like a problem with your web browser. Have you tried Microsoft edge or firefox to see if it's also happening with them?

It does seem to be happening with Chrome. Not sure if it's at my end or theirs.
