Blocking nuisance emails

Can someone please advise?

I keep receiving nuisance/phishing/spam emails and I can't can't seem to stop them. I have blocked the sender address and as they are CCing another address I have blocked that too. But they are obviously changing the email they're sending from. They say they are from McAfee and Cc revshoping@googlegroups.com. If I go on My BT I have the option to block the domain. But is revshoping the domain?

If you look at other forum topics you will see that the increase in spam/phishing emails is affecting most users.
