I realise this thread hasn't been active for a while but if anyone's still monitoring it I have (what I hope is) a quick question. I've been asked to import my partners btinternet.com e-mail address into my account. Once I've completed the import process how long does it take to take effect? In other words is there a period when my partner won't be able to access their e-mails? Thanks in advance.

Its instant, nothing moves or changes, its just an administrative thing.

Thanks for the incredibly quick response. I may be too cautious but I've been caught out in the past when things are supposed to happen immediately and don't.
