Constant warnings about email account being deleted

I have received countless emails this week and text messages warning me that my btinternet email address will be deleted in a month's time if I don't use it.

I have logged in several times since the first message arrived and four days later, I am still receiving emails and text messages. What do I have to do to stop them and why is it so difficult to find someone to complain to?

I thought BT was a communication company.

Have you tried phoning CS on 150 or 0800800150 from mobile and see if they can sort it out for you
