BT Email App (Android)

Hi, I was wondering how I can change the sender name on the BT Email App so recipients see my full name without full stops in between?

It currently shows "first name.lastname" all in lower case and I can't find a way to amend it.

If someone could help, that would be great.

Best thing to do is uninstall the dire BT email app and install a proper app such as Blue Mail

..... or try Aqua Mail email app. There is a free version with adds or a paid version for a one of payment of about £20.

Hi @Isaac2 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry you can't change that in the app but if you login to webmail at www.bt.com/email you can change it in the settings and it will reflect when sending emails using the app.

Thanks for getting back to me but I've already done that; my name layout is fine when I send emails via the site, it's just wrong on the app...

Just downloaded Blue Mail, and preferring it already, thanks.
