Hi, I have three email addresses within my account for use of myself, my wife and son respectively. When my son tries to access email, two factor authentication kicks in but the passcode is sent to my mobile, not his. I cant see where to change the setup so that authorisation goes to the user of the mail instead of me. Any advice please?

You will need to 'gift' the email address to him and he will need his own BTID to accept it and manage it.
