    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/38729"&gt;@CNEW&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;It means your IP address has been previously used by spammers and is now on a block list.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you connecting to the internet using BT Broadband? Turning off the router for 15 mins can sometimes resolve this as you may be allocated a different IP address.&lt;/P&gt;

Have you ensured your VPN is switched off and tried rebooting your router to see if that helps?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you enter your IP address on this site and perform a &lt;A href="https://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx" target="_self"&gt;spam check&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;is it listed?&lt;/P&gt;

We can only request this for BT broadband connections.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did you leave your router off for 15 mins, I know that with BT it can take that long to get a different IP address? It may be different with your Portuguese ISP&lt;/P&gt;

If your ISP provides fixed addresses turning off the router may not help.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you tried logging into webmail and sending at &lt;A href="http://www.bt.com/email" target="_blank"&gt;www.bt.com/email&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
