£50 Amazon Referral Voucher

Hello,

I referred a friend in July and we both received emails on the 14th August saying out £50 amazon rewards will be with us soon. However we still haven't received these. It was supposed to be within 30 days of the first bill? Is there any chance somebody could look into this for me please?
