You normally wouldn't be restricted if a direct debit is set up to pay the bill however, this can happen if there's an outstanding balance from a previous bill still owed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'd recommend getting in touch with our &lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband" target="_self"&gt;billing team&lt;/A&gt; on this link to find out whats happened.&lt;/P&gt;
