      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello good morning dear Admins,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a wrong default in my report for my final bill which as paid when I was settled in my new address.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not sure why it was defaulted as I was always in contact with your team by phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please can you correct this information?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
