Hello,

I booked thr tyson wilder fight on the 8th October. to watch on my ipad.On the day of the fight I couldnt view the fight because it wasnt ordered. I checked my bank account where there was a pending transactions due for this fight.On the fight night I was talking on the chat section on the btbox office app where they confirmed there was no order.While talking to that person a transactions was made of £1 without my authorisation.I had no choice but to reorder the fight again .So I had pay twice.

I calle dht bank to give a bank code for all transactions made for the tyson wilder fight.
