Incorrect now tv email address with bt package

Hi,

I am a new bt customer and I got the now tv entertainment package with my broadband and tv, bt have put the incorrect email for my now tv and says I can’t identify when I try reset my password, I have contacted them and they don’t seem to know what to do?

can you help me anyone ?

no it’s still saying we can’t identify your account when I go on forgot password ?
