Hi

New customer returning to BT. Want to order FTTP for a house I am buying.

From the BT website it confirms the new address has FTTP.

I click on the package I want with no landline.

The next screen has "Do you currently have a land line Yes/No"

I click No and I get "You can still order BT services. We'll set you up with a landline to provide your new services. Please tell us where you'd like it:"

So even though I don't want a landline it wants to sign me up to a landline.

The question is how do I order FTTP with no landline as a new/returning customer?

The existing owners I assume will need to cancel/move their contract before I can order?

The term "landline" refers to the method that is used to deliver the broadband signal to your property.

This could be either the "old" method ie copper or the "new" method fibre. In your case it will be fibre.

When you order no landline, it means you will not get any sort of telephony with your package.
