Quidco cashback declined

Please can someone help..

My Quidco cashback claim has been declined..

"On this occasion, the retailer has declined your cashback claim stating that your purchase was either amended, returned or cancelled."

This is not true, the installation was delayed by a month because we were waiting for openreach to come out and dig up my front garden!

It was fully installed on Friday 22nd October.

Hi @conno1989, welcome to the forum, and sorry that you are having a problem getting your cashback.

That's a quick rejection when your service was only activated on 22nd October as the Quidco Processing of cashback claims can take a few months. Did you Raise a Dispute case with Quidco about this?
Also after your service was activated you would have received an email. Did the order reference start with BTC or AJM?

My original order was placed on 1st September!

Yes, I raised a dispute and received the below response today.

I got a 'You're good to go' email - order ref BTC****************

Hi @conno1989, thanks for posting back. The cashback would only be processed after the activation date of the service. I'm surprised you were told this so quickly so I've sent you a Private Message so we can help you get the cashback sorted.
