Reconnection after being put on suspended service/cut off

How long does reconnection take? I spoke to someone on the phone and they said they have reconnected me but im still getting a message of suspended service telling me to pay when I try to connect to the Internet.

I am housebound and rely on the Internet to top up gas and electric , order shopping , organise nurses and stay in touch with the outside world. I have had to call my neighbour to come round so I could use her phone to post this. She is going to let me know of any replies.

Hi, @T170912 it can take between 4 and 24 hours for the services to be reconnected after payment is made or a customer services adviser manually reconnects you. Has it been longer than this since you spoke to them?
