No reward card

I was meant to receive a BT reward card when i signed up for my package . My service was activated over 2 weeks ago and i still have had no information when card will be sent

You have to claim it manually, assuming you have a BT ID setup, you can go to www.bt.com/claimmyreward then login with the BT ID and follow the prompts.

If you don't have a BT ID setup, you can start at https://my.bt.com/mybt/signup

Hi , Yes I have tried rewards page but it says no rewards to claim . There was definitely offer on when I signed up Iain
