Can’t claim rewards card

Hi there,

Recent joined BT and received my welcome email. This email had a link to active my rewards card, but the link just takes you to MyBT and I can’t find anything about the rewards card deal on there.

I think you will find that you have to wait 14 days after your service has been activated.
