Due to them being there, I am not able to view my bill and have just made a workaround through making another BT ID as 'account manager' to find that an unexpected amount is coming out. I have two of them - one old bt sport only and one completely cancelled - that need to be removed. I can't seem to find a way to do it but one of the call centre advisors told me I had to do it on my end.
