No gift card

Good evening. I signed up in September for activation end of October and seen I would receive a gift card but haven’t heard a word about the card.

Hi @Ryan91, welcome to the forum, and thanks for posting. Have you set up a BTID and if so are you able to Claim The Reward Card via that link?

i called this morning to be told no gift card yet when I signed up there was definitely an offer for one. @JohnC2

I clicked on the link there’s no option to claim.

Hey @Ryan91,

Thanks for taking the time to speak with me yesterday. As promised, I've sorted the credit out for you and I've sent it to your bank account. It can take 5 working days to arrive. For anyone reading this, your issue was different from others as there was an issue with your original online order that meant it had to be manually placed instead.
