Struggling to pay bill but in contract till 26/10/22

I'm on Fibre 1 and pay as you go calling plan. Due to ill health I am now really struggling to pay the bill each month. But if I cancel I also know there will be a bill because I'm in contract. So is there anyway to down grade a package without exit fees.

You'd be better off calling customer services and explaining your personal situation to them and see if there is anything they can do to help.

Thanks for posting about your payments etc. I'm sorry to hear you're unwell. I know things can be tough at times but I'm sure we can sort something out for you. If our customer services guys can't help please post back and I'll be happy to look into this. Thanks @NigelB72 for your advice.
