Reward Card

Hello

I have just signed up to BT and like a few people on this i am having trouble claiming the £90 reward card. I get a certain distance in the claiming process then it just stops and nothing happens.

any advice or help appreciated

What date was your service activated?

In a couple of days (29th) it will be active, shall i try again then?

Yes, that would be best. The card would not even be issued to you anyway, until 14 days after your service was activated, but you should be able to claim it beforehand.

Hi @Sellison55, welcome to the forum, and sorry that you're unable to claim your reward card. If you're still not able to claim it after your service is activated, as suggested by @Keith_Beddoe, then post back and we'll be happy to get it claimed for you.
