      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is BT still doing it's automatic compensation scheme or do you have to apply for recompense for the lack of service provision ? (My latest bill takes no account of my lack of Broadband for 9 days)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was called by BT today following my complaint.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Apparently, I should have been compensated automatically, but for some "unknown reason" I was missed out from the scheme.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They will now make an adjustment to my next bill in a months time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A Code of Practice for an Automatic Compensation Scheme&amp;nbsp;seems a great idea for customers, it's just a shame the code of practice doesn't appear to be followed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
