    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I currently have Full Fibre 100, and am trying to upgrade to Full Fibre 900.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I first placed the order on 10th November, kept an eye on the order tracker and was surprised to see it was cancelled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I called BT. It wasn't clear to them why it was cancelled, but was told it would be activated in the next 24hrs and I'd get a follow up call.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No activation, no follow up call.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Long story short, the order has been placed twice more subsequently, and low and behold the last order cancelled just now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm at my wits end, is there any admin on here who can help me?
