I'm currently on BT FTTC Service I placed an order with BT on the 6th December for FTTP I was first given a date for the 21st December but openreach has now changed it for the 4th January 2022.

Changing your broadband package at this time of the year is likely to be a problem, as this is the busiest time of the year for Openreach.

Perhaps it’s wise to wait for your installation to complete until after Christmas and the festive season.

Premably your fttp is still functioning.

Always a problem at this time of year because of people placing orders on Black Friday Deals.
