Amazon Prime

I’ve just joined BT and chose the package with Amazon Prime. Is there a way of transferring my Prime account or do I have to cancel it and rejoin via BT? Thank Yoi

Worth having a complete read of

that indicates that the

New and existing BT TV customers who don't have an active Amazon Prime or Prime Video account are eligible to try Prime Video on us for a limited period.

AND be aware that Prime Video which can be billed via BT is not the full Prime plan which is available direct from Amazon.

I've got Amazon Prime and the Prime Video is used on my TVs and some of my grandchildrens' devices.

I don't have a BT TV subscription but I've just managed to sign in on the Youview box without any issues - in fact it couldn't have been much easier.

If you've got Prime already you don't need it through BT.
