How do you see your bills from more than 15 months ago?

I am trying to look into a billing issue on my credit rating, but the billing history doesn't let me see past 15 months. How do I look back further or see a final bill?

Your final bill should be the latest one. If you did not receive one, then your account was never closed by you. It had to be closed by phone.

Yes, but the website will not show me any bills at all, which is the problem. How do I see past that date?
