We'll be happy to check if this is caused by a fault and I'll send you a private message in a moment so you can send over your details.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In the meantime, if you'd like to discuss renewing your broadband, I'd recommend calling 0800 800 150 and ask to speak with our value team.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, when I log in to try to renew my broadband it’s says I have two accounts to chose from. One says it is cancelled but the other won’t let me say any deals. When I try to clock to see what deals are available it asks me to log in.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
