Aerial Install Addon - Help!

Hi all,

I've been trying to order a BT broadband and TV for my new build home and need an aerial installed...can see the option there which I add for £30 to get it installed by an engineer. I go through all the pages and set up, to find at the end it keeps removing this option from the order!!

I will not make the order without that as of course I need an aerial first!

Any help with this at all? I thought about calling but I get cashback for ordering online so would like to keep that ideally.

The £30 aerial instal order can be raised later, it doesn't have to be done at the point of sale.
If that's the difference between cash back and no cash back I'd raise it later, although at this time of year there might be a delay, your Youview box would not have freeview content until the aerial is connected.
