Premier Telecomms

I have received a telephone call from a company called Premier Telecomms claiming that they are part of BT and can reduce my overall billing package by a substantial amount. Has any body else heard from this company and are they genuine or is it a scam. I rang off prior to providing any details.

As suspected. The number I was called from was 03309122817 so this number can be added to the BT forum as a number to be avoided.
