      <description>&lt;P&gt;My contract is up at the beginning of February and I intend to leave bt due to costs and not wanting to be tied to a long contract. I have viewed my "next bill" and it has a termination charge of £12(?). Can someone explain why this is on there as I have not informed by that I am going to leave yet and I am not leaving my contract early so I do not understand why there is a termination charge&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The termination charge is normally raised when a restriction has been placed on the line.
