Wiring BT MASTER sockets HELP

I have had 3 engineers booked and no one has showed up, my service is up and running however the wires INSIDE the sockets aren’t plugged in so I will never have broadband until they are plugged in into the right slots. Please could someone that understands this help me which wires go where 😫😫

Unfortunately your pics are too small & dark to really see anything. Can you try again with better lighting?

I can see two cables at the socket, one presumably is the main line coming in & the other goes to an extension. Do you need the extension?

All that's required for phone/Internet is one pair of wires from the line in cable connected to the A&B connections on the master socket. Is there anything connected there?
