TV functions struggling
Engineers here only a month ago.
Problem being going on for years & years.

Still have EE mini Hub from last fault a few weeks ago.

Please reactivate so we can get some sort of semblance of a service.

I also require you to check your records & confirm the number of faults on the line over a 3 year period and the number of engineer visits so I can take this further.

Please advise who I contact to make an official complaint.

Hi @mrunhappy1, if you log the fault the mini hub should get reactivated as part of the journey.
Once your case is picked up from our queue we'll be in touch to help you and log your complaint and provide information on your fault history.

Hi @mrunhappy1, when you spoke with them did they arrange to activate the mini hub for you?
Let you know when the fault should be repaired or booked an appointment with you?

they have NOT offred to activate EE mini hub.

sorry abt spelling but we have now 0.06 upload.

Have checked my complaints history over last 3 years. Have you?

Numerous problems, egineer visits. The frequency is getting worse.
Is this shambles of a service going to continue?
