Hi,

I'm trying to switch to Norton and all I get is a "Server Error" and a string of about 300 random characters.

I saw a suggestion that the problem might be that my BT ID is not an email address and that I should change it. Like someone else when I try to do that I'm told I can't use my email address because it already linked to my account - of course it is!!!!!!!. I'm not going to set up a new email account just for BT - any suggestions?
