      <title>Norton update failure</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I spent most of Monday trying to get some answers on the failure to switch to the Norton security update. Many phone calls, hanging on etc. It turns out that my operating system Windows 10 S mode will not support the change. I found out this from Norton. What are BT doing to protect users like myself? I asked this question over the phone and then received an email saying BT were glad they could help!! What help?!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will I have no security after tomorrow? I can not be the only BT subscriber with this problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Windows 10 s mode is not supported by Norton or many other security packages which is down to Microsoft and not BT.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Your Windows 10 S&amp;nbsp; mode has built in Windows Defender Security so you will not be without any protection.&lt;/P&gt;
