Parental Controls - suggestions how to delete?

I am temporarily using BT Mini Hub (after telegraph pole knocked down outside bringing all the lines down, and will not be normal broadband service for several more weeks at least). Parental Controls are set by default on the Min Hub.

BT website deletion instructions do not work and their tech team unable to find the way through to the appropriate area to make the amendment

Any suggestions much appreciated

I've had a look around and hopefully, this information I found on the Quick Start guide helps you.

We’ve set light parental controls You can change these by holding the power button down for ten seconds and it will reboot.

Thanks John. However, I have already tried this BT instruction booklet route; it does not work and, as i sais, the BT Tech people couldn`t figure out either how to lift parental controls.
