Since I have installed Norton Safe Web on my browser the browser won't fully load web pages. Many components, images and CSS are missing but when I refresh they all appear. It is about 1 in 3 pages but having to refresh is a pain. This occurs on Windows 11 and windows 12 and happens on Firefox and Chrome and Android.

But how do I raise this issue? Norton wont accept it saying it is the ISP responsibilty. BT's help system eventually directs me to this forum. I appreciate there are some great guys on here but you're hardly likely to set up a ticket with Norton! Anyone had this issue and solved it (without taking web protection off)?

Nick
